Keitra is the author of “Life Re-Imagined: From Frustrated to Fulfilled,” a powerful guide that helps women revive their faith, dream bigger, and achieve God-inspired goals in both their personal and professional lives. She has worked with a diverse range of women leaders worldwide, including corporate executives, government officials, faith leaders, educators, and busy mothers.

Beyond her professional achievements, Keitra co-founded a real estate and home renovation business with her sons, teaching them entrepreneurship, grit, and teamwork during the pandemic. You feel a sense of relaxation as soon as you arrive. The scent of the lobby and the friendly greeting makes you confident that you are getting best in class service. You are assigned a concierge that will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. In our case, we had Harlem. He was at the top of our highlights list. He made himself available for any request he had control of. He made us feel at home and part of the “family”! Even if something wasn’t necessarily his responsibility, he went out of his way to ensure we were happy.

The food is delicious. You can tell the chef loves to cook delicious dishes. The rotating menu of restaurants was such a fun concept and we loved almost everything we ate. The events that they have are very fun and they have something for everyone. Between the spa (we had the most amazing massage and trip to the sauna), the horse back riding on the beach, classes such as hat making and cigar rolling, yoga, and different tasting activities it seemed like there was always something to do in between relaxing in the pool.

We were even able to take place in the holiday tree lighting ceremony, which was SUCH an experience! Harlem made us feel so special during that. The servers are very eager to make you happy and do it with a smile. We had particular great experiences with Joel and Wilca at the bars and Marceleo when we went to dinner. The maid service was a big plus for us. They were quick, tidy, and great at turndowns. The beach was beautiful. They make a great effort to clean out the seaweed that has washed up on the beach, which makes it actually usable and swimable which was a great perk. The seating is very comfortable and relaxing. And lastly, it really is just a breathtaking resort. You are immersed into a world of relaxation and beauty.

Can I make payments on my trip?

Yes! We welcome flexible payments. Simply submit your deposit, and be sure to have your full payment by the July 5th, 2025 due date. You can submit your partial payments between now and Sep. 1st, 2025.

Is there privacy for the restroom/shower area?

Yes, both the shower and toilet area have doors for added privacy.

Can we have 3 or 4 adults in the same room?

Yes, you can have up to 4 adults in the same room. However, bedding is assigned at check-in and can result in a room with 1 king and a pull out sofa bed. I would not recommend more than 2 adults per room, as you can enjoy more space within the room.

Can I book my teen on this trip?

No, absolutely NO Children under 18 are allowed at this resort.

What airport will I need to fly into?

You will need to fly into the PUJ - Punta Cana International Airport. From here your included transfers will take you to the resort. You will need to complete the Flight Submission Form, so that your travel advisor can schedule your transfers. You flights MUST be submitted by October. 7th, 2025 to ensure your airport transfers. Flights submitted after this date risk having to self pay for their round-trip airport transfers.

What are my options if I need to cancel my trip?

In order to protect the integrity of the the group contracted space and rates, ALL BOOKINGS FOR THIS RETREAT ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. We do include a basic coverage travel insurance within your package. You would need to submit your travel claim with the insurance provider for any possible refund.

Absolutely! At Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana, they are dedicated to catering to a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions to ensure all of their guests enjoy a delightful culinary experience. When you make your booking, please inform us of any specific dietary requirements, and we will note them accordingly.

Additionally, we encourage you to communicate your dietary needs to their attendants during check-in and directly with the wait staff at their onsite restaurants. This proactive approach allows them to acknowledge and accommodate your preferences effectively throughout your stay. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our full TERMS & CONDITIONS, and Terms of Justinspire Legends Int'l LLC
All payments to TravelHolics are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because TravelHolcis has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel (May 11th, 2026). Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
