HOW TO BOOK

Can I make payments on my trip?

Yes! We welcome flexible payments. Simply submit your deposit, and be sure to have your full payment by the July 5th, 2025 due date. You can submit your partial payments between now and July 5th, 2025.

Is there privacy for the restroom/shower area?

Yes, both the shower and toilet area have doors for added privacy. Only the sink area is open concept. You can review a virtual room tour HERE.

Can we have 3 or 4 adults in the same room?

Yes, you can have up to 4 adults in the same room. However, bedding is assigned at check-in and can result in a room with 1 king and a pull out sofa bed. I would not recommend more than 2 adults per room, as you can enjoy more space within the room.

Can I book my teen on this trip?

No, absolutely NO Children under 18 are allowed at this resort.

What airport will I need to fly into?

You will need to fly into the CUN Cancun International Airport. From here your included transfers will take you to the resort. You will need to complete the Flight Submission Form, so that your travel advisor can schedule your transfers. You flights MUST be submitted by Aug. 10th, 2025 to ensure your airport transfers.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our full TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All payments to TravelHolics are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because TravelHolcis has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
