What is included in the all-inclusive golf vacation package?
The all-inclusive package includes a 4-night stay at the Moon Palace Cancun Resort, full-day Golf Greens, a welcome cocktail party, private transfers, a VIP swag bag, awards dinner, and a golf cart at your disposal.
EXCLUSIONS: Optional ATV Excursion, Meals & Drinks Not Listed, Trip Insurance, Airfare, Personal Items, Gratuities for support staff & drivers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. All payments to TravelHolics LLC and/or it's agents are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because TravelHolics LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. When does the Charity Golf Tournament take place?
The tournament will take place from August 301st. Those playing in the tournament will have access to the range, and course starting at 6:00 am. The tournament will start at 9:00 am. Food & beverage carts will make rounds, along with a dedicated pavilion space.

Can I bring my family/kinds along?
Absolutely! The Moon Palace Cancun is a 5-Star Family Resort. There are plenty of fun for the whole family: Game Room, Water Park, Clubs, Water sports, Sports Complex, Ice Skating Ring, and more! Please note that the water park is for families staying at The Grand portion of the complex. A day pass can be added upon request. Also, Jr. Suites located on the golf course are for Adults Only.
Can I attend the tournament if I am not a professional golfer?
Yes, the tournament is designed for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels. Whether you're a professional golfer or a hobbyist, you are welcome to participate.
What measures are being taken in light of COVID-19?
We are committed to the safety and well-being of all our participants. We are closely monitoring the situation and will implement necessary measures as guided by health authorities. This may include mandatory tests, health checks, and social distancing measures.

Is transportation provided during the event?
Yes, we provide private group transfers during the event as part of the all-inclusive package.
Can I add flights to my package?
We will offer optional flights based on the number of guests from each gateway. If you purchase your own flights, be sure to fly info CUN Cancun International Airport.
Can I add an additional night to my package?
Yes, additional nights can be arranged upon request.
